Apprentice Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – SCQF level 6
About This Opportunity
Start your career straight after school, get paid, gain experience, and earn a qualification
Not sure what job you want yet but know university isn’t for you? This Modern Apprenticeship lets you step into a real office job from day one while completing an SCQF Level 6 in Business & Administration. You’ll learn how businesses work, how to speak professionally with clients, and how recruitment operates – all while being supported by experienced consultants who expect you to be learning, not to know everything immediately.
No experience needed, we will train you from scratch and support you as you grow
This is a full-time, paid apprenticeship designed for someone at the beginning of their career. Alongside your day-to-day role in recruitment, you’ll complete your qualification and build valuable business skills that open doors long term.
You’ll get access to sales, business development, first aid, mental health, and health & social care training; helping you develop confidence and a broad skill set early in your career.
There is a clear pathway after completing your apprenticeship into a full Recruitment Consultant position. Many of our consultants progress to senior level within 12-18 months once experienced. One of our current directors started as a consultant and worked their way up, showing what’s possible.
As you grow in confidence, you’ll begin learning how to manage your own desk, build relationships and generate business. You’ll be supported step-by-step and never expected to know everything straight away.
If you’d like to get involved in areas such as social media, team events, newsletter writing, or website improvements, there are opportunities to do that too.
