About This Opportunity
Working as part of the finance team, helping to provide an efficient and effective service to the firm’s clients, partners, and staff.
Key Accountabilities
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices, fee notes, and electronic payments
- Dealing with fee earner queries quickly and efficiently
- Payment of client money and supplier invoices
- Ensuring Law Society Rules and internal controls are adhered to
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required
Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required
- An interest in accounts and a desire to develop a career within this area
- Strong academic results
- Ability to use initiative and work within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and discretion
- Full training will be provided
Location: Glasgow City Centre. Hybrid working is available after the training period
Working Hours: Full time – 35 hours
Qualification: Business Administration SCQF Level 6
Salary 16 – 20 year olds: £18,500
Salary 21+ : £23,000
