We are currently seeking an IT Apprentice to join our client, an Edinburgh-based IT Support and Managed Service Provider with clients across Scotland.

You will join the business as an IT Support Technician Apprentice, initially joining the help desk team where you will play a vital role as a 1st Line Support to clients across the UK experiencing IT issues.

This role is for someone who has a passion and real desire to commence their career in IT, who is a self-starter, quick learner, and able to work under pressure. 

You will earn as you learn, receiving on-the-job training from your peers and mentors within the business, as well as gaining an industry-recognised IT Qualification through the Apprenticeship, which will be provided by Elite Training, where your own dedicated IT Assessor will take you through your apprenticeship.

The Person:

• Qualifications to include a minimum of National 5 in Maths and English
• Excellent computer skills and a passion for all things IT related
• Confident in communicating across all platforms
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Great attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
