About This Opportunity
A leading Scottish litigation firm seeks a Claims Administration Apprentice.
Looking for a committed and passionate individual to deliver exceptional administrative and call handling support to clients. You will be working alongside lawyers and negotiators supporting them with various administrative functions. Full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Helping resolve client queries via telephone
- Live chat support
- Responding to client emails via Outlook
- Obtaining detailed and accurate statements and logging onto our database
- Sending email confirmation to our business partners
- General administrative duties

Salary
- 18 -20 year olds – £18,500
- 21 year old – £23,000
Additional Information
- Monday-Friday
- 9:00am – -5.00pm 1 hour lunch – Shift patterns of 11am – 7.00pm – Remote working offered for late shift
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays. Holiday allowance will increase after 2 years with the company.
- Referral scheme – if you recommend a candidate for the support team and they are successful, passing their probation you will be awarded £750
- Personal injury scheme – if you refer someone and their claim is successful you could be awarded £400
- Opportunity to work overtime
- Casual dress in the office
- The position is predominantly office based with remote work available for the late shifts
- Discretionary bonus – should the business and you as an individual perform well there is an opportunity to receive a bonus in May of each year.
Future Career Progression
- Should you perform well there will be an opportunity to progress or move to other departments to suit business needs. Internal staff will always be considered over external staff for vacancies.
- Salary reviews occur every April on a discretionary basis – based on performance of the business and the individual.
- As you move into a more senior role with more responsibility your salary will naturally increase.
